Siri Chandler is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and an experienced trained Mindfulness Educator. She has been practicing mindfulness for over 30 years and started teaching mindfulness in 2011.
She facilitates retreats, courses, and workshops in-person and online
and is especially drawn to bringing mindfulness into daily life in a practical way and am enthusiastic to share this way of being with others.

This training is designed for athletes who want to build mental strength and perform at their peak—especially under pressure. The private sessions focus on staying steady, focused, and present before and during events, using practical, short exercises that can be easily integrated into sport and daily life. The practices are linked to recent neuroscientific research related to peak performance, resilience, focus, and flow.
