WELCOME TO MINDFULNESS THAILAND

We train educators, parents, corporations, athletes, and students. We offer mindfulness courses and workshops both online and in person.

Siri Chandler is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and an experienced trained Mindfulness Educator. She has been practicing mindfulness for over 30 years and started teaching mindfulness in 2011.

She facilitates retreats, courses, and workshops in-person and online

and is especially drawn to bringing mindfulness into daily life in a practical way and am enthusiastic to share this way of being with others.

To all  Mindful Self-Compassion Alumni, 

you are invited to a this practice session.  It's a chance to reconnect and practice self-compassion together.

PRIVATE MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

Interested in starting or refreshing your mindfulness practice?  We will create a custom program that meets your needs.  The sessions can be tailored to stress reduction, increased resilience, gratitude, compassion, or peak performance.
