We train educators, parents, corporations, athletes, and students. We offer mindfulness courses and workshops both online and in person.

Siri Chandler is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and an experienced trained Mindfulness Educator. She has been practicing mindfulness for over 30 years and started teaching mindfulness in 2011.

She facilitates retreats, courses, and workshops in-person and online

and is especially drawn to bringing mindfulness into daily life in a practical way and am enthusiastic to share this way of being with others.

CDP Sanctuary Series

Coming Home to Compassion, Connection and Presence

In a time when the world feels increasingly chaotic, tending to our inner life is essential—not just for our own wellbeing, but to strengthen to our beneficial presence in the world. The CDP Sanctuary Series is a special collection of short, potent gatherings we’ve designed to offer spaciousness, connection, and community without overwhelming your schedule or screen time. Attend one or as many as you’d like. 

 

Led by experienced CDP teachers who bring passion, creativity, and warmth, each session creates space for reflection, presence, and meaningful engagement. All are welcome.

This training is designed for athletes who want to build mental strength and perform at their peak, especially while under pressure.  It will specifically focus on how to stay steady and focused before and during events.  You will be introduced to practical short exercises and skills to help bring presence and supportive attitudes to your sport and to life in general.

The MSC program is scientifically-supported and based on the groundbreaking research and clinical work of Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, two of the world’s leading experts on self-compassion. The training offers practical ways to bring more compassion into your daily life.

ONE-TO-ONE COACHING SESSIONS for SPORT AND ADVENTURE ENTHUSIASTS 

Looking for ways to spice up your healthy lifestyle?  This coaching experience will be an opportunity to enhance your enthusiasm, performance and joy in your favorite sport or exercise routine:, whether it’s football, sailing, yoga, hiking, rock climbing, or going to the gym, etc. You'll learn mindfulness, compassion and peak performance ways of being to deepen your mind-body connection and appreciation,  to your active routine and yourself
